Blender Shortcuts

  • (edit mode) Add cube – Shift + A
  • Ctrl + A (object mode) – apply transforms/rotation/modifiers etc.
  • Shift + S – 1 – reset temporary pivot to 0x0
  • Shift + F3 – open node window
  • L – select object (select tool only picks front) Delete
  • (object mode) A – SELECT ALL
  • Z – switch to wireframe/solid and others
  • (edit mode) Ctrl + R – add loop cut
  • Shift + Alt + LMB – Select loop
  • Ctrl + 2 – add subdivide modifier
  • Ctrl + B + (scroll) – multiple edge loop (m- change of type)
  • M – Merge
  • Ctrl + Plus – expand selection
  • Ctrl + RMB (edit Mode) – extrude to that point
  • F – Bridge/ create a new face
  • (object mode) Alt + R – reset transforms
  • (object mode) Alt + G – reset location
  • (edit mode) Ctrl + E – Edge setting option
  • Ctrl + Alt + Q – quad viewport
  • (edit mode) 2x G – edit flow of edge or vertex, „E“ edit according to the right edge, „f“ according to the left edge (Alt to extend slide edge)
  • (edit Mode) Alt + S – move vertex along the normal
  • (EM) Shift + E – create crease edge (hard edge)
  • Shift + L – select objects with the same attribute
  • Ctrl + L – transfer data (from the last selected)
  • Ctrl + P – make the last selected object a parent and bind the object to the armature (skin)
  • Ctrl + 0 – set selected camera
  • Ctrl – I – Invert selection.
  • Alt + D – create instance
  • F12 – render
  • „Home“ – set timeline length
  • I – insert the key
  • Ctrl + J – merge all selected
  • Shift + H – hide everything except the selected object

Camera

  • Ctrl + Alt + 0 – camera from the current viewport
  • Ctrl + 0 – switch cameras
